In close relationship with Alvarez Bravo, Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, Tina Modotti did not aspire to create simple aesthetic images or to capture light, but rather to raise awareness. In order to place these images in their context, being intended for wide distribution in the press, the exhibition will also highlight the magazines in which they were originally published.
